Access to the CKS Portal is provided to healthcare providers for the purpose of submitting annual benefits in accordance with Section 67b(1)(a) and (b) of Act No. 581/2004 Coll., pursuant to which inpatient healthcare providers included in the financing system under Diagnoses Related Groups are obliged to send data on classification cases and healthcare costs to the Centre for the Classification System of the Ministry of Health (CKS of the Ministry of Health) for the complete period of the previous calendar year.
