DRG system update for 2025 - third phase
The CKS has completed the third phase of the 2025 update of the SK-DRG. As of 30.11.2024 the following documents have been issued:

Furthermore, the Methodology for the recalculation of the relative weights for 2025was approved by the Steering Committee .
There were 2 attributable item codes in the Case Fee Schedule Catalog that were adjusted where there were changes to the 2025 Medical Listing, but the listed was not aligned with the KPP (Adjustable Treatment for Urinary Incontinence). At the same time, the Explanatory Notes were updated to provide guidance on the reporting of PPs for UHC DRG groups. The abbreviation "OP" was changed back to "O".
