Update of the data interface for the reporting of inpatient healthcare according to the DRG system with effect from 1.1.2024 (DR 274d)

The CKS in its DRG Data and Hospital Costing Working Group has prepared and agreed on an update of the data interface for the reporting of inpatient healthcare services according to DRGs (hereafter DR274d).

PHCUs will report inpatient care for the first time under DR274d for the period 01/2024.

DR274d will be used from and including 1 January 2024, while also being used to report inpatient care for prior periods while the following apply:
