Update - Rules for calculating the case lump sum and rules for merging classification cases

We would like to inform you about the incorporation of a technical change in the document Rules for the calculation of the case lump sum and rules for the aggregation of classification cases, which include health care provided by providers using the classification system. This change in chapter 4.1.6. was made based on the issued guidance on the reporting of health care according to DRGs, in DR274e, with effect from 1.1.2026.
